Thank you for signing my petition in support of reopening New York City.

New Yorkers have sacrificed so much to help flatten the curve in our city and state. They closed their businesses, kept their children home from school, and followed the social distancing and face-covering rules.

With the curve flattened, we know we can safely reopen New York, and Cuomo and de Blasio should just get out of the way.

I have been an advocate for common sense, conservative policies during this pandemic. From opposing de Blasio’s attempts to release inmates from Riker’s Island to giving Staten Island the chance to open on its own terms, I have been focused on sensible solutions to get through these challenging times.

Staten Island and Bay Ridge are strong communities, and we can weather any storm. So, let’s reopen now!
